Abstract:
According to the present invention, a compressing/coding unit 422 compresses and encodes, in units of partial images smaller than one frame, an image generated by an image generation unit 420 in a server 400, and transmits the image to an image processing device 200 via a communication unit 426 together with the generation time. An image data acquisition unit 240 of the image processing device 200 acquires the transmitted image data, and a decoding/stretching unit 242 decodes and stretches each partial image. An image processing unit 244 performs necessary processing on the partial image, and a display control unit 246 outputs the image data to a display device by changing the output target or controlling the output order depending on the acquisition status of data on the partial image.
