Abstract:
An image processing device according to the present invention is provided with a processor, wherein the processor acquires image information from an endoscope during observation inside a subject body, generates an organ model from the acquired image information, identifies unobserved regions which have not been observed by the endoscope in the organ model, estimates the top/bottom and orientation of the endoscope imaging field of view with respect to the organ model, sets a display direction of the organ model on the basis of the top/bottom and orientation of the imaging field of view, and outputs to a monitor an organ model in which the identified unobserved regions are associated with the organ model.
