Abstract:
The present invention relates to an image processing device for generating a design image on the basis of a reference marker, and a method therefor. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an image processing method for generating a design image on the basis of a reference marker comprises the steps of: receiving, from at least one external device, a tomographic image and a plurality of oral scan images of a patient having a plurality of reference markers attached to the inside of the patient's mouth; matching the images on the basis of locations of the plurality of reference markers detected from the images, so as to generate a matching image; determining a tooth arrangement profile of the inside of the patient's mouth on the basis of the matching image; and generating a design image relating to the inside of the mouth on the basis of the tooth arrangement profile.
