When a plurality of parallax images are generated using an image signal that is output from a single imaging system by one-time exposing operation, there has been the problem that a color difference occurs between the parallax images due to the difference between incident angles at which a subject light flux is incident on each pixel of an imaging element. Therefore, provided is an image processing device that is equipped with a color filter and an aperture mask in correspondence with each of at least part of photoelectric conversion elements and comprises: an image data acquiring unit for acquiring parallax image data from an imaging element outputting at least two sets of the parallax image data; and a correction unit for, based on at least one of the aperture displacement of the aperture mask and the positions of the photoelectric conversion elements in the imaging element, correcting the disruption of color balance of a corresponding pixel occurring between the parallax image data sets.
