Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible for a laminated core adhesion state test to reduce a work burden on a worker and be accurately and stably performed. [Solution] This image processing device has: an image data input processing unit 66 for receiving the image data of the mutual adhesion surfaces of adjacent two steel sheets; an adhesion region extraction unit 68 for extracting, from the image data of each adhesion surface, an adhesion region where an adhesive agent is present on each adhesion surface; an adhesion state evaluation unit 70 for evaluating the adhesion state of the laminated core on the basis of a region to be evaluated, which is obtained by overlapping the adhesion regions of the respective adhesion surfaces extracted by the adhesion region extraction unit while mutually maintaining the same adhesion positional relationship; and an evaluation information output processing unit 72 for outputting information about the evaluation of the adhesion state by the adhesion state evaluation unit 70.
