Abstract:
[Problem] To allow implementing an image process whereby it is possible to generate, easily and with a small quality difference, a 3-D video which gives a natural stereoscopic feeling. [Solution] The present invention relates to an image processing device (1) and an image processing computer program which is loadable and executable upon the device (1), said image processing device comprising at least: an image frame read-in unit (15) which reads in, among a plurality of image frames which configure a motion video, either one or two or more image frames; a region boundary line information receiving unit (16) which receives information of a region boundary line in the read-in image frames; a region partitioning unit (17) which partitions the inside and outside of the region boundary line by partitioning lines joining brightness approximation points, extending a partitioned region with a prescribed point upon the region boundary line as an origin; an opening processing unit (18) which, leaving a first partitioning line present between two region boundary lines among the partitioning lines, makes an opening within a second partitioning line other than the first partitioning line among the partitioning lines; a separation unit (19) which separates into units the region which is surrounded by the first partitioning line; and a first depth value appending unit (20) which appends a depth value to the region which is surrounded by the first partitioning line which represents a degree of distance of this region.
