Abstract:
This image processing device comprises an acquiring means for acquiring an image captured by an image capture means and capture information at the time of capturing of the image, and a calculating means for calculating, on the basis of the capture information and a pixel size of the image capture means, an object-side pixel size of a subject of interest in the image. The image processing device is characterized in that the acquiring means acquires, as the capture information, focus information indicating a focus state of the subject in the image, and that the calculating means calculates, on the basis of the focus information, the object-side pixel size.
