Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to correct parallax information in which vertical-direction correlation is lost when calculated using a method such as block matching. An infinite impulse response (IIR) processing adjustment unit (410) calculates final gain such that the intensity of IIR processing for pixels in a boundary section of an object is attenuated, and the intensity of IIR processing for pixels inside the object is enhanced. An IIR filter (421) does not perform simple IIR filter processing for the vertical direction of an inputted initial parallax, and uses IIR to correct phase deviation. The mixing unit (422) mixes, on the basis of the final gain, the initial parallax and a parallax obtained after having been transmitted through the IIR filter (421), to obtain a final parallax.
