Abstract:
Provided are an image processing device, an image processing method, and an ink jet recording device capable of suppressing the occurrence of density unevenness, such as banding, without causing image quality deterioration and independently of duty. An ejection rate is determined that is a rate of ejecting an ink for each nozzle of a recording head having a plurality of nozzles for ejecting inks. A nozzle pattern is determined that indicates which one of the nozzles is used for recording each pixel of an image to be recorded on a recording medium by the recording head. Based on the determination result of the ejection rate and the determination result of the nozzle pattern, the gradation value of each pixel is converted for each gradation value of each pixel of the image by reflecting the ejection rates of the nozzles for each recording each pixel.
