Provided are an image processing device and the like that can perform shading correction at a high precision and a short time. The image processing device (1) is provided with: an image acquisition unit (11) that acquires a plurality of images having different imaging fields of view of the same subject; an image selection unit (121) such that a common region of a predetermined size is set to the plurality of images at a mutually common position within each image, and that, from the obtained plurality of images, selects a plurality of image pairs such that the subject image captured at the common region within one image is redundant with the subject image captured at a region other than the common region within the other image; a correction gain calculation unit (122) that calculates a correction gain for shading correction on the basis of the pixel values of pixels contained in the common region and the pixel values of pixels contained in a region corresponding to the common region for each combination of one image and another image; and an image correction unit (123) that corrects the shading arising at an image to correct using the correction gain calculated by the correction gain calculation unit (122).
