Abstract:
An image processing device comprising a processor, wherein the processor: acquires a first sample image in which a tissue sample of a subject appears; uses a machine learning model to extract first feature amounts from first patch images obtained by subdividing the first sample image; determines, on the basis of the first feature amounts, whether there is a malformation in the tissue sample appearing in the first patch images; and performs either a manual clustering process, in which the specification of which cluster each of the first patch images in which there was determined to be a malformation in the tissue sample belongs is received from a user and the first patch images are clustered into a plurality of clusters on the basis of the specifications, or a soft clustering process, in which the degree of attribution to each of the plurality of clusters is calculated for each of the first patch images in which there was determined to be a malformation in the tissue sample.
