Abstract:
This image processing device (10) comprises a specifying unit (11), a detecting unit (12), and a determining unit (13). This image processing device (10) specifies moving picture data captured with a camera at nighttime, and detects a high-luminance region from frames in the specified image data. On the basis of whether the moving picture data is moving picture data captured while driving on a curve or moving picture data captured while driving in a straight line, the image processing device (10) performs determination by changing how to determine whether or not the high-luminance region is an object to be detected.
