Abstract:
This image-processing device (50) has an image-interpolating means (51) and an image-adding means (52). The image-interpolating means (51) generates interpolated first images by using an interpolation process to obtain images for unsampled regions between sampling images consisting of first images (B1) obtained by scanning at a first sampling interval in a given direction. Using, as second images (B2), images obtained by scanning in the same direction at a second sampling interval that is shorter than the first sampling interval, for each sampling image consisting of a second image (B2), the image-adding means (52) searches the interpolated first images for an image corresponding to that sampling image and adds that sampling image to the found image.
