Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an image processing device, an image processing method, a program, and a projector device which make it possible to highly accurately calibrate a projection unit utilizing an image capture unit. A correction target value creation unit, when calculating, from a test pattern image obtained by capturing, using an image capture unit, an image of a test pattern projected by means of a projection unit, a correction value for correcting a projected image projected by means of the projection unit, creates a correction target value as a correction target. A correction value calculation unit, on the basis of the test pattern image and using a panel-by-panel response of the projection unit, calculates a correction value for correcting the projected image, using the correction target value as a target. In the test pattern, the color of each panel of the projection unit and the color of white obtained by mixing all the colors are uniformly distributed in a projection region. The present technique may be applied in a projector device equipped with a projection unit and an image capture unit, for example.
