Abstract:
Provided are an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program with which it is possible to output an image having appropriate sharpness for an input image that could include both an active area and a stationary area. According to the present invention, there is provided an image processing device provided with a stationary-active information calculation unit, a blend ratio determination unit, and an image processing unit. In a case where an area, which is a portion of an image, comprising at least one pixel is defined as a "small area," and information that indicates for each small area a stationary-active change from a past frame to a current frame in a moving image is defined as "stationary-active information," the stationary-active information calculation unit calculates the stationary-active information of an inputted input image, the blend ratio determination unit executes prescribed computation on the stationary-active information of the input image and determines a blend ratio, and the image processing unit processes the input image on the basis of the blend ratio to thereby generate an output image in which the stationary-active change is optimized.
