Abstract:
Provided are an image processing device, method and program, and an imaging device which can acquire an HDR image in which the brightness/darkness difference has been adjusted according to the brightness of light hitting a subject. This image processing device comprises: an image acquisition unit 221 that acquires a first non-emission image captured by underexposure, a second non-emission image captured by over-exposure, and an emission image with the same exposure conditions as the first non-emission image; a distance distribution information acquisition unit 220A that acquires distance distribution information indicating the distribution of distances of the subject; a light intensity distribution information calculation unit 220B that, on the basis of the emission image, the first and the second non-emission images and the distance distribution information, calculates light intensity distribution information of the light being projected onto the subject; a synthesis ratio determination unit 220C that determines a synthesis ratio for the first and the second non-emission images on the basis of the light intensity distribution information; and an image synthesizing unit 220D that synthesizes the first and the second non-emission images according to the synthesis ratio.
