Abstract:
Provided are an image processing device, an image processing method, and a program, with which it is possible to perform accurate panorama synthesis of a plurality of divided images obtained by divided imaging of the surface of a structure. This image processing device is provided with: an image acquiring unit for acquiring a plurality of divided images obtained by divided imaging of the surface of a structure; an obstacle target detecting unit (30) for detecting an obstacle target, which is an obstacle to panorama synthesis, in the plurality of divided images; a feature point extracting unit (32) for excluding the obstacle target detected in each of the plurality of divided images, and extracting a feature point; a first synthesis processing unit (34) for performing panorama synthesis of the plurality of divided images by matching the feature point in the plurality of divided images, to generate a synthesized image; and an output unit (36) for outputting the synthesized image.
