Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable moving image data captured by a high-speed frame shutter and having an image component with high acutance to be handled by conventional frame interpolation technology.
Moving image data having a predetermined frame rate and a predetermined resolution is acquired. When the ratio of the predetermined frame rate to camera shutter speed falls below a threshold value, filtering processing for raising the degree of correlation between frames adjacent to the acquired moving image data is performed. For example, the camera shutter speed is estimated on the basis of frame rate and resolution information.
