Abstract:
An image processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an ROI detection unit for detecting object data from first image frames at predetermined intervals according to an object detection rate that is lower than the frame rate of an image sensor from among image frames input from the image sensor; an ROI estimation unit for estimating, on the basis of the object data of the first image frames, object data from second image frames that exclude the first image frames from among the image frames; and an encoder for encoding, on the basis of the object data, the image frames at an encoding frame rate that is the same as the frame rate of the image sensor.
