Abstract:
This image processing device is provided with a generating means and a superimposing means. For input image data, the generating means synthesizes extrapolation image data generated in order to extrapolate the input image data into an expanded region which is outside of the display region of the input image data and adjacent to the display region of the input image data, and generates expanded image data having a display region expanded to greater than that of the input image data. On the display region of the expanded image data into which the extrapolation image data has been synthesized, the superimposing means superimposes small image data, which has a smaller area than the extrapolated image data.
