Abstract:
A problem with conventional art is that, while it is possible to obtain a blur correction effect, a haze arises in an image. With the present invention, before time smoothing, pixels in the same location are grouped into a plurality of groups using brightness and color difference of the pixels. Frequencies of pixel numbers of the respective groups are computed. If, using the information of the group having the greatest frequency, the frequency exceeds a threshold, the time smoothing is carried out using only the information of the said group.
