Abstract:
An image processing device (100) accepts input of an original image (100) at least vertically divided into two parts. Regarding an upper partial image (111) of the original image (110) the input of which has been accepted, the image processing device (100) adds a first number of dummy screen lines (131) to an upper part of the partial image (111). Regarding a lower partial image (112) of the original image (111) the input of which has been accepted, the image processing device (100) adds a second number of dummy screen lines (132) to a lower part of the partial image (111). The image processing device (100) performs coding processing on each of the partial images (111, 112), to which the dummy screen lines are added, using a coding processing unit of z×z.
