Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an image processing device and image processing method that make it possible for a user to efficiently check and correct damage detection results. An image processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an image input unit for receiving a plurality of images of a subject captured in segments; a damage detection unit for detecting subject damage from the individual images composing the plurality of images; an image determination unit for determining whether to make an individual image an image for checking that is an individual image for which the detection results are to be checked by a user; a display control unit for displaying, on a display device, an image for checking or a partial image, which is a partial region of an image for checking that has been cut out to fit a display region of the display device, in association with the detection results for the image for checking or the partial image; and a detection result correction unit for correcting the results of the detection on the basis of instructional input from the user.
