Abstract:
Provided is an image processing device that is capable of performing the same comparison when comparing images that do not have a character code as when comparing files that have a character code. A character recognition means of the image processing device performs character recognition for a first image and performs character recognition for a second image related to the first image, a comparison means compares the result of the first character recognition obtained by the character recognition means for the first image to the result of the second character recognition obtained by the character recognition means for the second image, and an output means outputs the comparison result obtained by the comparison means.
