Abstract:
A mobile terminal device comprises: a division processing unit (122) for dividing a captured image into a plurality of partial images; a histogram creation unit (123) for creating, for the partial images, histograms representing the distribution of the number of pixels with respect to the density values of each color component; an adjustment value calculation unit (124) for, based on the peaks of the histograms, determining an adjustment value for each of the partial images; an adjustment unit (127) for generating gradation correction data for each of the partial images by replacing a specific input value of reference data with the adjustment value; and a correction processing unit (128) for generating a corrected image by performing a gradation correction for each of the partial images by using the gradation correction data.
