Abstract:
Provided are an image processing device, a treatment system, and an image processing method which can continue treatment for a treatment unit even when the visual field of an endoscope has deteriorated. The image processing device comprises: a first image acquisition unit which acquires first image data including an area in which a living body is treated by an energy treatment tool; a first detection unit which detects a change in gray scale from at least a portion of an area of a first image corresponding to the first image data; a first corrected image generation unit which generates, on the basis of the detection result of the first detection unit, first corrected image data by correcting the gray scale of the first image; and a display image generation unit which generates a display image based on the first corrected image data.
