Abstract:
This image processing device is provided with: an image capture unit (40) for periodically capturing an image of the inside of a vehicle; a luminance acquisition unit (21) for acquiring the luminance of the captured image captured by the image capture unit; a luminance estimation unit (22) for estimating periodic changes in the luminance of images that will be captured subsequently, on the basis of a history of changes in luminance; and an image capture mode setting unit (23) for setting the image capture mode of the image capture unit on the basis of the result of the estimation of periodic changes in the luminance of the images that will be captured.
