Abstract:
This image processing device is configured from: a means that, with respect to each pixel in an effective pixel region of an imaging element that cyclically images a subject at a predetermined imaging cycle, calculates the difference value between the pixel signal of the current imaging cycle output from the imaging element and the pixel signal of the immediately prior imaging cycle; a means that detects movement of the subject with the entire effective pixel region as the range; a means that sequentially sets each pixel in the effective pixel region as a pixel of interest; a means that detects movement of the subject with a local pixel region containing the sequentially set pixel of interest as the range; a means that, on the basis of both detection results, determines the mixing ratio of the pixel signal of the current imaging cycle and the pixel signal of the immediately prior imaging cycle; and a means that, with respect to each pixel of interest, corrects the pixel signal of the current imaging cycle on the basis of the determined mixing ratio.
