Abstract:
Provided are an image processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: segmenting a first image, the resolution of which is a first resolution, according to an image change severity to obtain a gradient portion and a texture portion; converting the gradient portion into first pixel information, the resolution of which is a second resolution, and converting the texture portion into second pixel information, the resolution of which is the second resolution; and fusing the first pixel information and the second pixel information to obtain a second image.
