Abstract:
In this invention, a deep-layer feature generation unit (20) receives input of an inference image from an input layer (21) of a neural network, and performs forward propagation in the neural network to output, as an intermediate output value, from an intermediate layer (22) which is a prescribed layer that is not an output layer of the neural network, a plurality of frame images aligned in a prescribed first order, the plurality of frame images each containing a channel image.
A rearranging unit (30) rearranges the frame images aligned in the first order to frame images in a second order on the basis of a predetermined rearrangement order from the first order to the second order, so that the total of the degrees of similarity between frame images adjacent to each other in the second order is greater than the total of the degrees of similarity between frame images adjacent to each other in the first order. An encoding unit (41) uses a compression encoding method based on inter-frame correlation to perform compression encoding of the plurality of frame images rearranged into the second order.
