Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an image processing method, an image processing device, an image processing system, and a program that are capable of reducing image quality degradation accompanying image compression. [Solution] An image processing method includes: a first step for adding a noise component to an input image to generate a first image; a second step for compressing the first image to generate a second image; and a third step for performing processing for reducing image quality degradation accompanying the image compression on the second image and transmitting the second image to a reconstruction unit for generating an output image.
