Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic device comprising a camera, a memory, and a processor which is operatively connected to the camera and the memory, wherein the processor is configured to: capture a plurality of shots, by using the camera, of an external object according to a second exposure time which is shorter than a designated first exposure time; acquire a first image set including a plurality of first images according to the plurality of shots; generate a second image by synthesizing the first image set; identify a specific area near at least one light source corresponding to a light source included in the second image; and use the second image to generate a third image to which an image effect associated with the light source is added in the specific region. Various other embodiments recognized through a specification are also possible.
