Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide accurate recognition of imaging subjects and reduce processing time with relatively small-scale circuitry. An image processing method includes a step in which correction coefficients obtained by changing a distortion correction factor in a plurality of stages are used to convert a set virtual projection plane into a coordinate system for a camera, and the coordinates from the converted camera coordinate system and the pixel data from the pixels are used to calculate the image data for the virtual projection plane; and a step in which the image data calculated in the previous step is displayed sequentially on a display unit.
