Abstract:
An image processing method and system. When a target image is partitioned, the maximum and minimum brightness values of the target image and partitioned images are additionally detected to provide reference values for subsequent histogram equalization; and a black frame which is not black enough or a bright region which is too bright in the target image is processed, thus reducing local distortion and scene distortion.
