Abstract:
An image processing system (110) provided with an imaging device (10) and an image processing device (20). The imaging device (10) comprises: an illumination unit (14) including a non-visible-light light source (14B) for irradiating with non-visible light; and an imaging unit (13a) for capturing an image of an object illuminated by the non-visible-light light source (14B), and generating non-visible shading information showing the shading of recessed portions provided on the surface of the object. The image processing device (20) generates height information showing the height of the surface of the object on the basis of the non-visible shading information.
