Abstract:

This image processing system (100) is provided with: an acquisition unit (111) which acquires image data including a main image; a type acquisition unit (117) which acquires a display type that indicates a luminance dynamic range type displayable by an image display device (102); a generation unit (118) which uses the image data to generate first feature information that indicates, as a dynamic luminance feature representing a time-series change in the luminance feature of an image, a first dynamic luminance feature corresponding to the display type, when the luminance dynamic range type of the image, which is indicated by the image data, is different from the display type; and an image transmission unit (121) which outputs the first feature information generated by the generation unit.
