Abstract:
Provided is an image processor that executes recognition processing for computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) or the like, and is capable of preventing delay in outputted video signals. The present invention comprises: a video distribution circuit 51 into which is inputted a first image information signal continuously outputted by an image-generating unit, said distribution circuit then outputting a second image information signal, which corresponds to the inputted first image information signal, to at least a first route, and outputting a third image information signal, which corresponds to the first image information signal and is different from the second image information signal, to a second route; an information analysis circuit 53 into which is inputted the second image information signal, said analysis circuit then performing prescribed analysis upon the second image information signal and outputting the results of said analysis; and an information-appending circuit 52 that generates and continuously outputs a fourth image information signal on the basis of the third image information signal outputted by the video distribution circuit 51 and the analysis results outputted by the information analysis circuit 53.
