[Problem] To provide an image quality adjustment device that is capable of generating correction data for accurately correcting unevenness without being affected by a moiré pattern. [Solution] An image quality adjustment device (30), which captures an image of a display panel (10) in order to obtain correction data for correcting display unevenness of the display panel (10), is equipped with a moiré frequency control unit (32) that performs control such that the display panel (10) and a camera (20) are positioned at a predetermined relative angle with respect to each other; an unevenness measurement unit (34) that measures display unevenness of the display panel (10) on the basis of the image captured by the camera (20); and a correction data generation unit (35) that generates correction data on the basis of the display unevenness measured by the unevenness measurement unit (34). By positioning the display panel (10) and the camera (20) at the predetermined relative angle, the spatial frequency components of a moiré pattern formed in the image captured by the camera (20) are shifted from an area where the spatial frequency components of the uneven display are present.
