Abstract:
An image recognition based drilling calibration method, device and apparatus and a medium. The method comprises: lifting a top drive (4) up to a preset position of a derrick (5), and an image recognition unit of an operation terminal (6) receiving and recognizing a target image acquired by an image acquisition device (2); a data processing unit of the operation terminal (6) calculating the number of pixel points from the top drive (4) to a rotary table surface (8) in the target image; the operation terminal (6) receiving the height of the top drive measured by a range finder (3), wherein the height of the top drive is the height from the top drive (4) to the rotary table surface (8); and a calibration unit of the operation terminal (6) establishing a pixel relation table between the number of the pixel points from the top drive (4) to the rotary table surface (8) and the height of the top drive so as to complete the drilling calibration. By the image recognition technology, the pixel relation table between the number of the pixel points from the top drive (4) to the rotary table surface (8) and the height of the top drive is determined so as to complete the drilling calibration, greatly reducing the influences of drilling environment on drilling calibration.
