Abstract:
This image recognition device has: an imaging means that generates an image of a subject; a local region storage means that stores information pertaining to a local region set in in the imaging screen of the imaging means; and an image data processing means that performs image recognition processing and exposure control of the imaging means on the basis of the image in the local region set by the information stored by the local region storage means within the image generated by the imaging means.
