Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of image recognition, and provides an image recognition method and system, and an electronic device. The image recognition method comprises: recognizing image elements in a target image to obtain image element data (S11); mapping, according to the image element data, the target image by means of a mapping function to obtain a plurality of image sets (S12); performing feature extraction on image data in the image sets to obtain image feature data (S13); performing linear classification on the image feature data by means of a linear classifier to obtain a classification result of the image feature data (S14); and determining, according to the classification result, recognition result information of the target image to which the image feature data belongs (S15). The technical problem in the prior art that accurate and effective image recognition cannot be performed for images having a mass of data and various data types, rendering poor image recognition efficiency is resolved.
