Abstract:
An image recognition system and an image recognition method, relating to the field of recognition technology and used for improving classification accuracy of an existing image classification model. The system comprises: a recognition module (11), a retrieval module (12) and a training module (13), wherein: the recognition module (11) is used for recognizing an image sample using an image classification model so as to obtain an image category confidence degree of the image sample; the retrieval module (12) is used for retrieving an artificial recognition sample similar to the image sample when determined that the image category confidence degree is less than a first predetermined threshold, and using a recognition result of a target artificial recognition sample having the highest confidence degree among the similar artificial recognition samples as the recognition result of the image sample; the training module (13) is used for training the image classification model according to training samples in a training sample library; and the training samples comprise an artificial recognition sample and an image retrieval sample having a high confidence degree, the image retrieval sample having a high confidence degree being the artificial recognition sample retrieved by the retrieval module.
