Abstract:
In the image reconstruction method of the present invention, a successive approximation method is used to update a reconstructed image in an image update step (step S2), and weighting factors are updated in a weighting factor map update step (step S4), in which a map of weighting factors for prior knowledge is generated from the reconstructed image obtained by updating the image in the image update step (step S2), and the prior knowledge weighting factors for each pixel are adjusted on the basis of the weighting factor map. Thus, a weighting factor map for prior knowledge is generated from the (estimated) reconstructed image obtained by updating the image, and the prior knowledge weighting factors for each pixel are adjusted on the basis of the weighting factor map, thereby making it possible to solve the problem of being unable to obtain high-quality reconstructed images. In other words, adjusting the prior knowledge weighting factors for each pixel makes it possible to avoid imposing excessive restrictions on pixels in reconstructed images, and to obtain high-quality reconstructed images.
