Abstract:
Provided are an image recording device and an image recording device adjustment method with which the spacing between head modules that are fixed to a frame at equal intervals can be fixed to the body of an image recording device at equal intervals. Changes in the spacing between adjacent head modules of a print head on which multiple head modules are fixed are detected and on the basis of the detected quantities, correcting displacements are applied to the frame by an adjustment mechanism.
