Abstract:
A retrieval processing section (10) retrieves an attribute list accumulated on an attribute list accumulating section (7), and outputs and displays attribute information matching a retrieval condition to a displaying section (11), when the retrieval condition of the attribute list is inputted from a user interface section (9). Next, the retrieval processing section (10) retrieves image data accumulated in an image information accumulating section (5), selects image data having a feature descriptor set matching a retrieval condition, and outputs and displays it onto the displaying section (11), when the retrieval condition of a similar retrieval is inputted from the user interface section (9).
