Abstract:

Provided in some of the embodiments of the present application are an image sensor and a manufacturing method therefor. The image sensor comprises a substrate (400) and at least one pixel unit, the pixel unit comprising a photoelectric detector (401) arranged in the substrate, a light-sensitive face of the photoelectric detector facing the rear face of the substrate, and being used for producing a charge when receiving incident light from the rear face of the substrate; a spherical crown-shaped structure (406) arranged on the substrate and being positioned opposite to the light-sensitive face; a conformal dielectric layer (420) arranged above the spherical crown-shaped structure, and being used for producing dielectric layer reflected light when the incident light reaches the conformal dielectric layer; and a reflective layer (430) arranged above the conformal dielectric layer, and being used for producing reflective layer reflective light when the incident light reaches the reflective layer, such that the absorption ratio of the incident light can be increased, improving the signal quality of the image.
