Abstract:
According to an embodiment, this image sensor is equipped with an imaging unit, an extraction unit, an identification unit, and a detection unit. The imaging unit images a target space to acquire image data. The extraction unit extracts a motion feature amount from the image data. The identification unit identifies a motion type on the basis of the motion feature amount. The detection unit detects a person in the target space on the basis of the result of identification.
