Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an image sensor. The image sensor comprises a pixel unit array, amplification conversion units and a filtering array, the pixel unit array comprising a plurality of pixel units, the amplification conversion units being used for converting photo-generated charges generated by the pixel units into analog signals; the filtering array being arranged on the pixel unit array and comprising a plurality of optical filters, the optical filters of the same color corresponding to a plurality of pixel units; the photo-generated charges generated by each pixel unit of a part of the pixel units among the plurality of pixels units that the optical filters of the same color correspond to being output independently by means of an amplification conversion unit, respectively, and merged into a first analog signal, and the photo-generated charges generated by the pixel units of the remaining part sharing, after being accumulated, one amplification conversion unit to output a second analog signal, the first analog signal and the second analog signal being different. The image sensor realizes an HDR function on the basis of the improvement of the hardware. Further disclosed in the present invention are a terminal comprising the image sensor and an imaging method.
