Abstract:
Disclosed are an image sensor. The image sensor comprises a pixel unit array, a gain conversion unit, and a filter array. The pixel unit array comprises multiple pixel units. The gain conversion unit is used for converting photogenerated charges produced by the pixel units into analog signals. The filter array is arranged on the pixel unit array. The filter array comprises multiple filters. Filters colors of a same color correspond to multiple pixel units, where the photogenerated charges produced by some pixel units of the multiple pixel units corresponding to the filters of same color are accumulated and then share one gain conversion unit for outputting a first analog signal, while the photogenerated charges produced by the remaining pixel units of the multiple pixel units corresponding to the filters of same color are accumulated and then share one gain conversion unit for outputting a second analog signal, and the first analog signal is different from the second analog signal. The image sensor implements an HDR function on the basis of hardware improvement. Also disclosed are a terminal having the image sensor and an imaging method.
