Title:
IMAGE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/119243
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to perform highly accurate imaging which exhibits increased temporal resolution. This camera device is equipped with: a plurality of one-dimensionally arranged pixels for each of a plurality of rows and having a light-receiving surface-buried region for converting incident light into an electric charge, an electric-charge storage region for storing an electric charge, and a gate electrode for controlling the transmission of the electric charge from the light-receiving surface-buried region to the electric-charge storage region; a timing-generation circuit for generating a control-pulse voltage to be imparted to the gate electrode; and a correction circuit unit which is provided so as to correspond to each of the plurality of rows of pixels, delays the control-pulse voltage by a variable amount of time, and imparts the control-pulse voltage to the gate electrodes of the plurality of pixels belonging to the corresponding rows.
